A Irish Hog already on the spit – approx 55 kg or Lamb approx 40kg

1 bottle of gas

Floury bread rolls – 96 qty

Apple Sauce – 1 kg

Homemade Stuffing – 1kg

Delivery/ Collection  within 10 Miles of Cork City Centre

€595.00 – will serve 96 guests

 

Machine to be returned clean and undamaged the day after the event

or there is a €100.00 cleaning fee

 

Salads can be ordered extra at €8.00 / kg
